New project of Ola Håkansson's label TEN - Icona Pop is out with a new single "Manners" and it feels like another interesting, original and fresh label's act after Set Fire Run, Niki & The Dove and Erik Hassle.
Icona Pop is elecronic duo consisting of Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, Stockholm-based DJs making their debut supported by Fredrik and Patrik Berger who previously worked with Robyn, Tove Styrke, Darin and loads of other artists.
"Manners" is stylistically closer to what you could hear at Tove Styrke's album rather than Robyn's one though, it's electronic and slightly Björkish bizarre mixing flippancy of percussion and almost child-sounding choir with melancholy of synth-arrangement in their own special way.
