Latest Swedish pop-sensation Icona Pop work on their international breakthrough and you can already find girls in US Dance iTunes chart at #30. Not bad for a newcomer?
Today girls have visited Nyhetsmorgon studio to also make a tv-promo in Sweden and have performed their latest hit "I Love It" and previous singles "Nights Like This" and "Manners" giving loads of energy and isn't it actually wonderful how their voices work together live? I love it!

TV4's morning show was visited today by Eric Amarillo who gets his debut album next week out and has got a chance to present his latest singles "Fy Fan", "50 kvm" and another album track "Halleluja" (next single?) to a bigger audience. We like dark atmosphere of performance and that it wasn't in acoustic that doesn't really suits Eric not passing properly his melodic range.

Carola was officially announced as a part of Swedish The Voice team of coaches with Ola Salo, Petter and Magnus Uggla, what a nice chance to give a new round of promotion to her #1 tribute-album "Elvis, Barbra & Jag" so currently Sweden gets loads of Carola in media and we know it's just a beginning before The Voice fever.
Today Carola visited Nyhetsmoron with a bunch of lovely Elvis/Barbra covers, you can watch all performances below.

Andreas Johnson has presented his latest single "Buzzin'" in Nyhetsmorgon today giving proper energy volume to that as stable and professional performance as we expected from him. Nice feature of the show was performance of new song "I dag kommer aldrig mer" written and recorded with Niklas Strömstedt as a sneak peek to their live show "Oslagbart" with Pernilla Andersson and Petra Mede. It's a bit too retro for us to get buzzin' around but we've found out that Andreas in Swedish sounds pretty good, maybe he should record his next album in Swedish? It's trendy these days!

It feels like the last time we saw Lili & Susie on TV was ages ago so to find them performing in Nyhetsmorgon today was unexpected but logical (new single "Bailamor" still needs loads of promotion) and undoubtedly pleasant.
Girls performed their old hits "Bara du och jag", "Oh mama" and "Bailamor" in acoustic set and they sounded perfect - not that we expected anything less but it was really solid.

This year hasn't started successfully for Sebastian Karlsson, after he has missed Melodifestivalen final and his latest single "No One Else Could" hasn't charted Sebastian needs much more work to bring him back on a way to massive audience and he works on it preparing new stuff for upcoming album that will be due to his own words more synth-sounding. Today he has performed new tracks "Growing again" and "Under the fire" in Nyhetsmorgon, it was in acoustic so final version can sound quite different but at least we can confirm that due to what we've heard new stuff's gonna be at least pleasant but hopefully properly strong - not less than "No one else could" that we still consider as one of Sebastian's best songs.

Amazing fresh dance-artist Vanessa Falk attracts more interest in Swedish media and public in common. Completely not surprising for us. Even if you release two brilliant singles like "Private Party" and "Beg Like A Dog", it's always hard for dance-acts to break through from scratch in Sweden. But there's definitely progress in Vanessa's growth as a star and this time she was invited to Nyhetsmorgon to perform both of her singles.
Vanessa used to perform "Private Party" in acoustic before so this time we were delighted to hear it and "Beg Like A Dog" in original versions with fantastic Vanessa's live performance.

Not so long-awaited but definitely long-awaited comeback of Timoteij has become all sorts of fabulous when girls presented their new single "Het" smoking hot folk-schlager dynamite that exploded us this May.
Soon after release we've got new video and now after girls performed at this National Day of Sweden few weeks ago we can see them singing live again in Nyhetsmorgon.
Timoteij has logically performed "Het" and singles "Kom" and "Högt över ängarna" from debut album at open-air stage with live band and it has definitely added loads of Swedish summer atmosphere to this mini-gig (what we love so much in shows like Allsång and Sommarkrysset).

Relatively new-born solo-artist Viktorious who has made quite loud debut with first single "When We Were 10" last year keeps presenting new stuff and today he has appeared in Nyhetsmorgon show to sing his for now the only single and completely new "Stay Now" - another great song starting as synth-track but then massively turning to rockier sound with powerful drums-part and guitars in epic chorus, another nice and catchy tune that's gonna be more tasty in studio but we already like it.
Oh, and guitar pre-bridge part is pretty cool too!

Have I already written review of Magnus Carlsson's new album "Pop Galaxy"? No? Gosh, alright, I have excuse in this Magnus' live performance of whole three songs. We've already saw his recent performances on tv but trust me this one is even more brilliant.
Today Expressen speculates about Magnus who gave a hint in tv-show "Förkväll" that he has some stuff for Melodifestivalen so obviously it means Magnus is trying to comeback to competition and we wish him best of luck and enjoy his music.
