Vincent goes clubby with Nause and Dada Life

One of our most beloved Swedish artists Vincent Pontare has got two of the strongest summer-2012 club-anthems in Sweden.
Though Vincent and club-music can be a very successful combination if you remember that he was an author of Swedish House Mafia's "Save The World". But now he also delivers his own vocals for two singles of Dada Life and Nause.
Both duos have already released their latest singles as instrumentals and Dada Life have presented a vocal version of "Kick Out The Epic Motherf**ker" made by Vincent back in May, right now you can check fresh mixes fot this single from Otto Knows and Datsik here.
Mellow have just unleashed vocal edit of their single "Mellow" - "Hungry Hearts" and surprisingly it's also Vincent standing behind it. So everyone missing Vincent's own stuff this year will be enjoying his club-collaborations which will hopefully be massive at least in Sweden.

Agnes premieres "Don't Go Breaking My Heart"

Around a month ago we told you about stunning live premiere of Agnes' comeback single "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" she presented live at Stockholm Pride.
Single will be officially released on Wednesday and it goes on the radio already today. Few hours ago Agnes visited Swedish radio P3 bringing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" with her and it has turned not any worse than we expected due to live performance.
"Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is absolutely amazing "Dance Love Pop" disco follow-up of "Release Me" written by Agnes with Vincent Pontare, Magnus Lidehäll being produceed by Afasi & Filthy that sounds tougher and directly much more international than "Release Me" sounded for the first time we've heard it and due to Agnes Scandinavian labels already can't wait to get it so we can easily expect this track to become next big Swedish pop-breakthrough this year.
Video is on the way and new album is planned to be out in the beginning of 2012, among songwriters Agnes was noticed in the studio with are Trinity, Mando Diao and The Salazar Brothers.

Vincent in Nyhetsmorgon

Loads of news things happen in Vincent's private life and in music.
First of all new album "Godspeed" will be released on Wednesday (we've already heard 5 of 9 tracks from it) and Vincent describes it as a turn from 60s, raggae and ska to acoustic and folk-rock.
Talking about private life currently Vincent and Agnes get a flat to live together still denying possibillity of collaboration though constantly being asked about in interviews.
Today Vincent has visited Nyhetsmorgon with his previous single "The Moment I Met You", just released one "Put your money where your money is" and brand new song "Little Boy"

Vincent - Put Your Money Where Your Money Is

Third Vincent's single "Put Your Money Where Your Money Is" from the second album is unleashed and presented on artist's soundcloud page.
"Put Your Money Where Your Money Is" follows the line of two previous singles, particulary it feels like a sister-track of "The Moment I Met You", it's a small lovely tune that doesn't scream to be a hit and not that poppy as songs from the first Vincent's album but is lovely on its own.
Though this year's Vincent's singles initially were not accepted directly by audience singer was touring all the summer and songs were played well on the radio so there's a chance this time new Vincent's formula will work better.

Vincent - The Moment I Met You

Last winter one of our most inspiring and beloved Swedish artists - Vincent Pontare has announced his comeback with brand new single "Baby Hurricane" marking new direction of Vincent's style. A bit unexpected turn from expressive direct reggae-pop sound to more special and magic maybe not to get open from the first listen but still obviously quite beautiful. Now we can listen to the second single "The Moment I Met You" and it's another proof of global Vincent's sound renovation.
"The Moment I Met You" continues direction of that happy but misterious melodic half-guitar half-electronic pop armed with skillful tune and really special atmosphere - probably the most valuable thing when we talk about Vincent's music.

Vincent - Woman In My Bed

Oh, new Vincent's song! We buy it first, we check what is it about after!
Vincent appeared in music show Musikhjälpen today and performed his comeback-single "Baby Hurricane" and completely new song "Woman In My Bed" that sounds melodically a lot in new Vincent's direction but in more lyrical way. Finally arrangement will define how fast/slow this track will sound but we already love it - love tune, love Vincent's vocal, love full pack of music charm and can't wait for new album of this amazing artist.

Vincent - Baby Hurricane (video)

Vincent Pontare's video for new single "Baby Hurricane" is unleashed and surprisingly trailer premiered before doesn't have anything common with this video.
Video shows Vincent in his childhood - as that Swedish baby hurricane wandering around wild nature of Northern Sweden, haunting cows, watching people swimming in lake after bath (it's all actually nice way to realize how nice Swedes relate to nature) and you're even gonna get daddy Roger playing himself. What a great idea? Name of Roger never was involved in Vincent's promotion but now when Vincent has earned huge popularity it looked like a great idea to get him into the video.
The song still sounds amazing and if you didn't pay proper attention to it before you need to try it again!

Vincent - Baby Hurricane

Star of Vincent Pontare has risen on a Swedish music sky 3 years ago. Young artist with familiar name (his dad is Roger Pontare who won Melodifestivalen-2000) created his own unique combination of pop, raggae and retro that sounded very special way and immediately put him on the spot.
Vincent has started his music career from hip-hop trio Turbulent with single "Simple man" that attracted attention of Warner. Soon Sweden has got big breaktrough hit "Don't hate on me" establishing his own original sound in a bunch with not less interesting and pretty successful singles "P.a.r.a.d.i.s.e." and "Miss Blue" and the album "Lucky Thirteen" - one of completely best albums of 2007 in my opinion.
In that period Vincent working with LaCarr Music Production has already established himself as songrwiter and producer who wrote huge hits for Danny ("If Only You"), Amanda Jenssen ("Do You Love Me") and even wrote song "Evergreen" for Backstreet Boys that unfortunately wasn't released but you can find it on youtube and this is pretty awesome how it sounds more like Vincent than like BSB.
Year ago Vincent appeared on magazines covers as boyfriend of Swedish pop princess Agnes Carlsson and right now his back with news from his music part of life.
New single "Baby Hurricane" presents Vincent in quite different sound. Though you still can recognize Vincent but you could expect this work more from Salem al Fakir. Sweet melody and positive atmosphere of this song carries you to a small fairytale world, a little bit irrational, a little bit complicated but full of sunny Vincent's magic. Soon we'll get video for this song and you can already check trailer of it here.
