This Summer we've heard acoustic solo-version of Mohombi's new song "Coconut Tree" that was intended to become his forthcoming duo-track with not less than Nicole Scherzinger and pretty much time passed (remembering how intensively his leaks are coming out) before we've finally got this song in studio-version but it worth every day of waiting!
"Coconut Tree" is another dance-track produced by RedOne smelling 90s Summer eurodance-pop starting with slow tempo and tropic drums going massive in chorus with not obviously recognizable RedOne style and more touching romantic mood. Really hope management will drag this release closer to Summer as it's gonna be perfect soundtrack for this season and can shoot internationally hard.

Usually December is a month when Idol-winning single collects #1 places week by week but nothing can't push September's hit-single "Mikrofonkåt" from 6th week at #1! Loads of positive reviews in media and massive audience reaction - seems like Petra Marklund never was so much popular in Sweden. So label wisely doesn't lose this wave and develop some new promo-steps to squeeze everything out of this success.
Before we've got English version of Mikrofonkåt and now we receive whole 8-tracks pack of mixes - Mick Kastenholt & Andrew Dee mix (completely crazy club track made for blasting dancefloors), Alex Lamb mix (another great wave-growing track from chill-out part to high-tempo dance mix of Swedish House Mafia class), Punchy mix (this time urban-smelling in verses track with jumping beat and loud dance chorus) and Casado & Daif mix (darker club mix with tasty electro-layers and gorgeous dance-beat). Poland has got great possibility to spend this New Year's Eve with Ace Of Base performing at Polish TV with pretty big set of old hits - mostly old ones "Life is A Flower", "All That She Wants", "The Sign", "Beautiful Life" but logically with "All For You" performing new band's music.
Confidence of girls is growing, there's still big place for improvement when it comes to Julia's vocal but bringing more show to performance is undoubtfully positive thing. With beautiful huge stage and lights whole set was properly spectacular and dynamic.

New Year gift has arrived to all Roxette's fans with new single "She's Got Nothing On (But The Radio)" leaking week before its official release. So now Roxette's finally back in a full mode and we can get first taste of new Roxette's era.
"She's Got Nothing On (But The Radio)" is dynamic pop-song mixing sound of different Roxette's periods - old school rock squealing guitars, synths, retro-beat but the core that makes it unique is still combination of Per's and Marie's voices. Per has leading role in this song and Marie plays vocally backing part - backing but key part. They don't try to follow new trends, they just build their own concept with roots growing through all of their long music career and they do it fine and worthily like such iconic band has to do.

Finally I'd like to share incredible song that celebrates 30 years - all this time people around the world have it as the biggest classic New Year celebration soundtrack and it just can't go out of fashion. Sure I'm speaking about ABBA's "Happy New Year" and here's fresh performance of Tommy Körberg and Sarah Dawn Finer with this song in Skansen (+ performance of Tommy and Sarah with cover of Kent's hit "Sverige").
