Alcazar, how much this band means for Swedish pop fans and what a huge pauses with new stuff their fans should meet. Or maybe they're just too good to be expected too long? However amazing disco-trio has appeared again in first episode of new Så Ska Det Låta season, Tess and Lina already participated in last season but this time girls have arrived to the show with Andreas to fight with another grand band Style. New single "Nyckelring" from Style has arrived to the radio and probably it's the best song we've heard since band's comeback.
I'll remind you that this famous band with very long music history came back in 2009 with compillation of best hits and fresh single "Vill ha dej, igen". After that band has released two other fresh singles "Långsamt" and "Love kiler" which felt a bit worse in chart but still were noticed by audience. Here's another try of band with new single and this time with quite new sound. "Nyckelring" is still synth track but this time with a huge movement to RedOne's electro-pop with impressive production, nice melody and big radio-hit potential. Release of new album due to Style's Facebook page is planned for November.

Let's take a look now at what Sommarkysset was about in the second half of July and there were actually pretty loads of interesting things going on.
Winner of Melodifestivalen-2010 Anna Bergendahl performed her new single "The Army" that she plans to shoot video very soon for. With her original dress and hair in front of mass of green people she looked a little like alien princess but sure it's pretty nice how she currently makes some very positive experiments with her style transforming from next-door girl to a gorgeous pop-diva. Another long-awaited by many pop-fans performance was done by Le Kid, who were singing their debut single "Mercy Mercy" in a brightest colors and style of video for this song. Style performed medley of their best hits. Marie Serneholt and Sebastian Karlsson as a new musical-stars performed with the band of Grease. And as it was expected Martin Stenmarck promoted his "Everybody's changing" and Stockholm Pride stars Peter Gustafsson & Ankie Bagger were singing "Secret Weapon". Rock-part of performers in a faces of Shout Out Louds performing their new single "Fall Hard" and Ola Joyce with "Beautiful Loser" was also quite desrving attention. Among foreigh guests you could see Jon and Kato with the single "Turn the Lights Off" that have become very successful in Sweden and Eurovision-winner Lena with her famous "Satellite".

Fantastic celebration of live Swedish music called LOVE Stockholm 2010 is unfortunately over leaving to us loads of impressions and memories of some amazing performances and great gigs but yesterday audience in Kungsträdgården still could enjoy the rest of them.
You could see Ola Svensson performing his huge Spring hit "Unstoppable", Caroline af Ugglas with her choir, Linda Sundblad with new single "Making Out" (one of undoubtfully best pieces of her last album), Eagle-Eye Cherry with his biggest international hit "Save Tonight" recently covered by E.M.D., Thomas di Leva with his old song "Vi har bara varandra", Anna Maria Espinosa performing her own song "A Little Moonlight" and duet together with Niklas Strömstedt - his "En Kvinna Och En Man" (most amazing part of this performance was King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf dancing near the stage) and some foreign guests like Jasmine Kara and Carpark North.

You should also check another recent concert in Kungsträdgården with Style performing their last single "LoveKiller" and classic hit "Vill Ha Dej", Broken Door with both their songs "Angel" and "Sunday Morning", Orup and the most interesting performance of Gravitonas. It was the first live performance of this utterly exciting new project of Alexander Bard with debut single "Kites" currently climbing dance charts of Sweden and new song "Shameless" that showed new side of the project. Initially Alexander announced the project as electro-rock band, however "Kites" turned to be more in synth-pop direction and "Shameless" definitely shows better what he meant, it's a catchy and full of drive pop-rock song with nicely developed rhythmic verses containing light synth-keys on background reminding some beautiful moments in music of BWO and guitar-driven catchy chorus that gets stuck in your head immediately. This is the level of quality that made previous Alexander's projects icons in Swedish music and that's gonna make Gravitonas continue this trend in a very close future.

Not so many bands manage to stay alive 30 years so when it happens it deserves a huge respect. Originally Style was Freestyle and was formed in 80s, getting afterwards a lot of success in 80s participating twice in Melodifestivalen ("Dover-Calais", 1986 and "Hand i hand", 1987) and splitting in 1989. Band came back in 2003 presenting their song "Stay the Night" (familiar title, right?) on MF-2003 but then their activity wasn't really high and last year band decided to fix it releasing new hit single "Vill ha dej, igen" (#2) that helped band to make their album "Vill ha dej igen" #9 in Sweden. After that band decided to return to MF with single "Långsamt", unforunately it was rejected and didn't succeed a lot in charts (#26) but now it's time for a new try with brand new single "Love Killer" that sounds like follower of "Långsamt" with a bit of Roxette's "The Centre of the Heart (Is a Suburb to the Brain)", check it.
