Let's make the beginning of a week more cheerful with new works from (probably already) dance-veteran of Swedish club-music Ali Payami who has come up with two fresh mixes for the latest singles of two faves of our blog - Linda Sundblad and Loreen.
Loreen was already working with Ali on "My Heart Is Refusing Me" and Linda on "Oh Father". Both mixes have become quite laidback and atmospheric, not what I can directly see being played on the dancefloor but both versions are really beautiful. Check!

What can happen when some huge names of Swedish music unite efforts to create big summer hit? Minimum - nothing bad, maximum - big summer hit, though you'll decide yourself now.
Alex Papaconstantinou (Elena Paparizou, Anna Vissi, Sarbel, Arash), Robert Uhlmann (Velvet, Josefine Ridell, Arash), Adam Baptiste (Darin, Elena Paparizou, Anna Vissi) with help of Ali Payami, Fritz Wehner, Jesper Zar and Tobi Lustigman have written new summer anthem "Revolution!" and have presented it under name Nation X - track intended to call for a freedom and to draw attention to current political situation in the world with hot dance rhytms, light Romanian club-vibes and saxophone that seems to be still on fire in dance music due to recent Alexandra Stan's success.

This year we give victory in nomination Best Melodifestivalen remixes pack to... Loreen with mixes to her single "My Heart Is Refusing Me"! It's fine that it was delivered with a small delay, result has become worthy waiting. Three brilliant mixes - dark house-mix from Ali Payami, beautiful trance-mix from Michael Feiner & Eric Amarillo (The Attic) and club stomper from PJ Harmony. Our fave here is The Attic's mix with dreamy piano-keys switching to powerful dancefloor killer track that we've completely fallen for last weeekend in Stockholm.
I also recommend you to check very interesting Loreen's interview taken during Schlagerfiasko's melotrip, in this interview Loreen revealed that "Sober" that was earlier announced as next single can be replaced by another track "If She's The One". We don't care about choise actually because any new step of Loreen's career is gonna be exciting, inspiring and not less than amazing!

It feels like Sweden didn't receive new dance-discoveries, artists with unique and flexible voices able to sing telephone book and make every key and every sound touching and breathtaking... months? Years? However quite long and now seems country gets such diamond.
Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you to new amazing artist - Beldina!
Beldina Malaika is 22-years-old soul/jazz singer with incredibly beautiful velvet voice who has already managed to work with artists like Billy Paul, Stevie Wonder, Timbuktu, Lazee, Mando Diao and many others, she has recommended her name in Swedish hip-hop music as singer and songwriter and now she starts her solo-career with some huge internationally successful DJs from Sweden already interested in working on music stuff for her and first Beldina's single "Here We Go" from forthcoming EP "Best Kept Secret" is a result of her work with Ali Payami and it's a stunning club-track opening Beldina's voice as some magic and fragile flower twining round you and hypnotizing. In December Beldina was invited to Musikhjälpen to perform live and she presented "Here We Go" in acoustic so you can watch it now below with her brilliant cover of "Hang With Me" and another new track "Hunt you down" that she has recorded with another huge club name - Rasmus Faber.
