Amanda Fondell has decided to make a Christmas gift to her fans making acoustic version of classic hit "Santa Baby", nice and I'd say simple if Amanda's vocal manner wasn't so special.

Idol-2011 winner Amanda Fondell presents video for her debut post-Idol single "Bastard" released not so long ago. Yesterday it was officially announced that Amanda will take part in Melodifestivalen with the song "Dumb" written by Freja Blomberg and Fredrik Samsson. And Amanda has appeared at press-conference looking quite darker and more mature than she did at Idol. That's how she also looks in the video. Childhood is over, Amanda is in for some serious games.

New track was written by Oscar Görres, Ilya Salmanzadeh, Ana Diaz, produced by Oscar and Ilya and it sounds quite caramel-pop Idol-Duffy. While "All This Way" was dreamier melancholic ballad, "Bastard" grows up the tempo, the mood and goes pretty playful. Basically right that pack that should have been expected from Amanda and she doesn't fail to meet the expectations.

Dead By April are back on summer Swedish TV in a company with Idol-winner Amanda Fondell, today her hair looked pretty cool while the way she performed "All The Way" was pretty not, I still do like studio-version of this song but when Amanda tries to make the performance original it goes too far.
Mikael Wiehe was singing his cover of E-Type's "Calling Your Name" from Så mycket bättre and foreign guest of this week was Olly Murs.

I've lost a path of latest few weeks of Allsång på Skansen and Lotta På Liseberg shows so I've decided to summarize them in one post if you've missed.
Andreas Weise has presented his solo-stuff on both shows - "Another Saturday Night" and his own song "Shine".
Really was nice to see Christer Björkman doing "I morgon är en annan dag" that he was singing back in 1992 at Eurovision in Malmö. Hopefully next year's Melodifestivalen winner will be much more lucky than Christer was.
Icona Pop definitely was on fire and after their Allsång performance were praised by iTunes #1.
Tomas Ledin had a tribute at Allsång and not just Sarah Dawn Finer has come out on stage with him but David Lindgren, Niklas Strömstedt, E-Type and Måns have joined to sing Tomas' Melodifestivalen history here at 47.16. Later you can also watch Tomas singing with Eva Dahlgren.

First remix of this year's Idol winning song "All This Way" from Amanda Fondell is ready and it's made by Benji Of Sweden responsible for loads of recognizable pop-mixes I told about before. New mix has become quite radio-frienly and laidback, proper dance-version for a track which has become #1 in Sweden last week. Don't miss also Amanda's post-Idol peformance at Musikhjälpen below.

You know around week ago I've written complaining post about what a huge disappointment this Idol has turned when selection stage was over with Moa Lignell being the only participant I see any perspective of career after Idol. In my opinion Moa, Amanda Persson and Robin Stjernberg were the biggest highlights of this season. However I was saving my post for the finalists to be defined and now when we've got them we've also got probably the most brilliant Idol winning single since Agnes' "Right Here Right Now" and one of my faves in the final so I forgive you Idol-2011 for everything I wasn't satisfied with.
Track "All This Way" was written by Darin and Arnthor Birgisson and is already released in two different versions of Amanda Fondell and Robin Stjernberg getting explosive uptempo-chorus with Adam Lambert-smelling expressive Robin's vocal and more calm, dramatical and jazzy Amanda's version which is also very beautiful.
Robin's version is so brilliant that looking at my post I feel like I'm too talkative to be so speechless like I have to be.
