Friends Arena opening has definitely become a really special event in Stockholm's life. If you've missed or couldn't watch the show you can enjoy it here.
Two of well-known Swedish artists have come up with a song specially written for stadium's opening and it was Tomas Ledin and Eagle-Eye Cherry who have performed new single "As One" recorded with Anders Hansson and Sharon Vaughn.
This is a big arena song with a nice marching intro and warm atmosphere of Hagsätra Sport's Olympic track but with more anthemic production.

I've lost a path of latest few weeks of Allsång på Skansen and Lotta På Liseberg shows so I've decided to summarize them in one post if you've missed.
Andreas Weise has presented his solo-stuff on both shows - "Another Saturday Night" and his own song "Shine".
Really was nice to see Christer Björkman doing "I morgon är en annan dag" that he was singing back in 1992 at Eurovision in Malmö. Hopefully next year's Melodifestivalen winner will be much more lucky than Christer was.
Icona Pop definitely was on fire and after their Allsång performance were praised by iTunes #1.
Tomas Ledin had a tribute at Allsång and not just Sarah Dawn Finer has come out on stage with him but David Lindgren, Niklas Strömstedt, E-Type and Måns have joined to sing Tomas' Melodifestivalen history here at 47.16. Later you can also watch Tomas singing with Eva Dahlgren.
Sonja Alden has come back on TV to perform lovely summer schlager "Våga" from her latest album in Liseberg, Björn Ranelid has brought sweet Sara Li to Skansen and Caroline af Ugglas doesn't miss summer TV-season since her Melodifestivalen breakthrough.

Today participants of Så mycket bättre were singing Eva Dahlgren's hits and once again we were more interested in E-Type's and Lena Ph's covers. Martin in a contrast to previous show has made a step from 90s classic eurodance sound to a dark aggressive electronic rocky pop when Lena has gone to a bit lighter electro-schlager-pop. Another cover we were absolutely delighted with was Laleh's cover of probably the biggest Eva's hit - "Ängeln i rummet" which has become a bit Coldplayesque with warm Christmas-feeling. Laleh's "Just Nu" already goes big on the radio and stays #1 on iTunes and new cover can easily become another sensation of this season.

New season of incredibly successful tv-show Så mycket bättre has started tonight.
This time we've got another solid bunch of artists - E-Type, Timbuktu, Laleh, Tomas Ledin, Mikael Wiehe, Eva Dahlgren and Lena Philipsson. E-Type and Lena Ph are the artists we're interested the most but we hope we'll get few more faves.
Artists were singing Tomas Ledin's songs this time. Lena Ph's performance was undoubtedly the most entertaining with loads of sexy poses and Lena filling every empty corner of a room with her passion. Though I'm a huge fan of E-Type, Martin was just too far from what was expected from him vocally but it was interesting to listen to his version of "Sommaren är kort", you should also check other covers below. New guest of Sommarlov this week was Amy Diamond, that wonder-artist who never disappears from media, never take breaks and never stops releasing something new. Not that we're against, it's great and what is greater is that Amy has decided not to sing her own old hits once again but to make Tomas Ledin's cover of "Sommaren är kort" and Gyllene Tider's "Gå och fiska". Very nice idea!
