Son Of A Kid – Destroy, Destroy

New rebirth of ex-Dyno and ex-Set Fire Run - Son Of A Kid premieres video of already quite well-known and beloved by fans song "Destroy, Destroy" presented two years ago but still sounding like a big potential hit for us.
Video has turned much darker, grotesque and even bloody than we could suppose listening to that energetic track. Also nice to see Alx Reuterskiöld (man behind all Son of a Kid reincarnations) taking part in a video.

Set Fire Run - Back Where I Belong

One of our most divine discoveries of 2010 Dyno changes title to Set Fire Run. What do you think? We just refuse to care about the title as long as guys provide such amazing stuff and their relatively new and probably strongest track ever "Back Where I Belong" now gets a video with already new name.
That wouldn't be right to expect some simple boring video from the band that tries to put solid doze of originality and creativity and it wasn't exception this time as we got real 8-minutes movie bringing us to a lonely flat where old dad celebrating his birthday meeting some memories face to face, there's so much unsaid in this short but quite deep movie that video having on the first sight very minimal plot leaves a lot of thoughts to digest and a lot of conclusions to make. But it's for you to decide if you want to find solutions!

Erik Hassle - Taken EP

Amazing! Finally you have a chance to stream whole Erik Hassle's "Taken EP" online. Erik never keeps his music away from fans and it's 374th reason why we love him so much. The only new track I haven't presented you before is "Last Rider" written along with "Taken (Still In My Blood)" by Dyno who will also release new 10 tracks EP very soon. Can this collaboration be disappointing? No way! Just like "If it takes all night" it's quite dark atmospherical track, Erik's singing with more relaxed and a bit tired intonation pushing all his magic charming personality into music.
From the rest of tracks you probably didn't hear original version of "Taken (Still In My Blood)" - more light, live and calm version of this track and 2010 mix of "Standing Where You Left Me" - electronic version with The Ark-smelling choir and loads of synth-sounds.
Don't forget to check two new performances of tracks "Try A Little Tenderness" and "Suspicious Mind" in studio from EP "The Hassle Sessions: Volume One".

Amazing Dyno-discovery

Synth-pop seems to come back to mainstream these days with Hurts' breakthrough. Actually it's rare and very precious thing when synth-pop artists finds delicious crossover between retro-sound, modern arrangement and hit melodies but sometimes we get some real diamonds who cath it all.
Just like Erik Hassle and Le Kid few years ago we've got new amazing pop-sensation - Dyno with their original formula of mixing 80s synth-pop, unusual vocals and completely adorable tunes. All elements are quite mainstream but how they combine it moves it apart from any other band.
Dyno has already released EP "Dig The DYNO!" few years ago directly falling into the spot of bloggers and Internet pop-lovers but due to incredible activity of band making new tracks we're not gonna wait long for next releases. New tracks of band sound more mature, wild and... EPIC it's the most correct word. Perfect pop-structure with tricky choruses and completely mind-blowing anthemic choruses profusely powdered with Swedish melodics that's what Dyno is about, so don't hesitate their tracks below and on their youtube channel.
