The Sound Of Arrows promotes their latest album "Voyage" with a video for another track "Conquest".
If you haven't heard this song yet but know what genre band plays in you should directly think about some dreamy synth-pop stuff and you won't be too far from the truth but comparing with previous singles this one is much lighter and more dynamic with a pretty catchy chorus.

If pop-music slept sometimes new The Sound Of Arrows' album "Voyage" would be one of its dreams, big colourful synth-pop dream with no pain and drama but euphoria and wonders all around. Fragile synths and relaxed vocals deliver really special atmosphere and are aimed to create whole magic concept of the album first of all rather than throw a bunch of hits to a listener. Sometimes it feels pretty 80s, sometimes you think these songs could enter some Pet Shop Boys' album but nowadays it sounds as fresh as if the album was released 10 or 20 years ago. One of the most charming Swedish albums of 2011.

New The Sound Of Arrows' single "Wonders" is out, earlier Popjustice has presented quite promising snippet turning in a full version into a dark electronic track with epic drums and euphoric dance choruses.
Yesterday band has presented "Wonders" and another new song "My Shadow" in Nyhetsmorgon, second one according to live-version has become more dancey and lighter in quite recognizable band's sound though.

Debut album of The Sound Of Arrows "Voyage" is out on November 7th, mark it red in your calendars as due to previously released singles "Nova" and "Magic" it can be one the best Swedish albums of this year.
Currently band presents track that wasn't included in tracklist and it makes us wondering how good should be included ones if song like this isn't in.
"After The Silence" is right that sort of soft, 80s inspired electropop with undeniable melodic Swedish influences you can expect after "Nova". Less than a month before wonderful "Voyage"!

How fantastic to see The Sound Of Arrows' comeback in a full mode, few months ago we've got absolutely amazing new single "Nova" causing huge buzz in Internet-community and now they present another single "Magic" with video that is even better.
"Magic" is not that sort of dreamy synth-tracks you could expect from The Sound Of Arrows, it's still electronic but more poppy and with more direct tune partly performed with children's choir moving whole track a bit to hardly categorizable indie-direction. Video with kids awaken in the world with no people but big kind "Where the wild things are" monsters is just to watch and watch again!

Can brilliance be more brilliant? Well, if electropop-brilliance turns to club-brilliance it's the option. New truly amazing single from The Sound Of Arrows "Nova" gets remix-treatment from one of the biggest DJs of planet - Tiësto and the result sounds exactly as good as you can imagine if you heard original version of track and if you know what Tiësto is about. Best thing about it is that magic tune of "Nova" is all there wrapped in powerful club beats and tons of Summer open-air party atmosphere.
I'll remind you that the single is out on 25th April and contains also whole bunch of mixes from Almighty, due to ones I've heard they sound poppier than Tiësto's mix but still tune makes them pretty adorable.

Electronic duo The Sound of Arrows consisting of Oskar Gullstrand and Stefan Storm has made a lot of buzz in 2009 after release of their successful track "Into The Clouds" that has gathered a lot of attention in UK and since that moment international pop-community didn't leave hope to get some more. But it has taken pretty lot of time before getting something real, though guys were involved in making mixes for among others Lady Gaga and was recording new stuff for their debut album and today we get first taste of forthcoming album with new single "Nova" to be released on 25th April.
To say "Nova" is all sort of delight for fans of light melodic electopop is to say nothing, it's almost perfect example of what needs to get massive response of Internet pop-world with amazing Swedish-tastic tune put in mix of gentle synth-sound and soft male vocals.
