Timoteij - Faller

We get some enormous amount of Timoteij's singles from the last album "Tabu", do you remember any Swedish pop-artist releasing 5 singles from the album? I directly can't but anyway here is the fifth single "Faller" and this is another good choice.
Song was written by Niclas Arn, Gustav Eurén (guys behind "Kom") and another Melodifestivalen songwriting name - Dan Attlerud. Just like the whole album track has turned more dancey and less folk still joining both sides of Timoteij's music nicely and having wonderfully developed tune.

Timoteij - Tabu

One of this year's schlager-fans goodies - new Timoteij's album "Tabu" has arrived! Ot to be exact will arrive on May 16th.
You can listen to samples of the album already now and convince yourself it's gonna be a huge premiere.
Comparing with the first album "Tabu" is more mature, modern, dancier and less folk, big schlager-tunes are still there as expected but properly updated for a wonderful girls comeback in 2 years.
One of remarkable things about the album is that it includes Melodifestivalen-reject "Högre" previously released by Therése Neaimé in English version as "Lovers Lulluby".

Molly Sandén is back to Junior Eurovision

Last Saturday the final of Junior Eurovision-2011 was held in Yerevan. Swedish Erik Rapp has taken 9th place, that was pretty sad as his song "Faller" deserved so much better but performance had too much to improv however we've got Molly Sandén who has spead a little light with her big voice in amazing outfit which by her own revelation she's got in a porn shop. Well done, Molly, those incredibly high heels were really hot!

Sweden at Junior Eurovision-2011

SVT keeps selecting representatives to Junior Eurovision second year in a row and this time during long selection finishing with live final consisting of 4 participants Erik Rapp with the song "Faller" written by him with Johan Jämtberg and Mikael Gunnerås was chosen to represent Sweden. It's a dance-track from "Release Me" family that Erik will perform already tonight in an hour in Yerevan so don't miss it and support Erik, he'll really need your help. Sweden is pretty high by odds this year (3rd-4th place) so who knows maybe finally it's time of Sweden to get this victory.
Great surprise of the final that was already revealed will be performance of Molly Sandén (the most successful Swedish participant of Junior Eurovision who has taken 3rd place in 2006 with "Det Finaste Någon Kan Få") who'll be singing her latest single "Spread A Little Light". Molly was also a member of jury selecting Erik earlier this year and SVT has made one hour tv-programme showing whole process in two parts (part 1, part 2). You'll be able to watch Junior ESC online with comments of Edward af Sillén and Ylva Hällen here. Good luck, Erik!
