Daily MF: New styles, new faces...

As time comes closer some newcomers get some style updates/upgrades complete, schlager-veterans think up something new and it all will be presented very soon in all its amazingness.

Simon Forsberg who will perform Fredrik Kempe's ballad seems to be working out some real elegant style for his press-photos and single-cover. Simon can sound and look great so it all smells like future success.

Daniel "The Moniker" Karlsson being quite original artist delivers some abstract style and it's not bad at all! If you know Swedish you should also check his new interview here. Rasmus Viberg seems like doesn't want to look trivial as well.

Love Generation recently have visited Jean-Pierre Barda beauty salong "By Barda", not sure if Jean-Pierre will have something common with girls on MF but how great it would sound! This guy knows how to put a ton of glitter and glamour into the show. Watch video of that visit here and photos here.

Does it mean that firstly newcomers are going to bring latest fashion trends, mindblowing dresses and shine with their fresh looks? Nope, schlager-veteran league seems to be prepared not worse! Check new stunning Linda Bengtzing pic. Doesn't she look better than ever?

Tomorrow we're gonna get whole parade of schager-style with February schlager-QX magazine where we'll see MF-artists in huge photoshooting with theme "TV classics". You can already check half-secret cover on Schlagerprofilerna and try to guess who of artists got some classic tv-character for that session.

Is Love Generation the favorite in winning MF this year? Many big names-Eric Saade with an expensive show and grat looks-I bet is he goes only with his t-shirt off on the stage he will win, no big expensive need this way.On the other hand,Sanna is back, the big loser in 2008.Will she win or not:-S?Not to forget that Love Generation have a Red One product...wow...only them can bring Eurovision trofe in Sweden again-SVT will do anything I assume so the girls have the victory. And finally Danny-with his club rythms, which are appropriate if you wanna dance on the table in the disco and less for Eurovision.Who do you put your money on?

sorry for the big amount of mistakes;)))

Come on, who cares about mistakes? ;)
Well, you know the last artists I'd put my money on would be export-artists like Danny, Eric and LG - though I really-really want Sweden to finally send artist - well-promoted or with potential to be promoted. There were so many - E-Type, Velvet, Bosson, EMD, Alcazar, Agnes, BWO and so on. Sweden rejects all of them! But this year is gonna be special as international jury can have really huge impact in voting so anyone 3rd or 4th by televoting can win whole contest. I think this time it will be some new artist. I think SVT will make everything possible to drag LG (8th number in 4th semifinal is already sign) but however I think it won't be schlager-veteran. We'll get press-reviews of 1st semifinal songs already in a week, maybe there'll be winning song already ;)

I never met mixture R-S-who knows how this special human beings will react at mistakes:)))....Joking:)
Is good that Sweden rejects all this export artists, cause I want Sanna to win this time. The international jury will vote for quality, I hope and not for the impact of hard promotion....The jury is formed with person with musical knowledgements-they should vote for QUALITY.AND LG I assume is lacking on this chapter

We'll see, honestly I don't believe that after so many tryings Sanna, Linda or Shirley will finally make it. And actually promotion means really a lot at Eurovision these days, ESC-juries are aimed to vote for international hit, preliminary successful promotion has made Rybak and Lena and I'm pretty sure that RedOne will use all his relations to push girls in every European country before ESC, he's on fire these days so his name will already be like a big promo-poster ("Gaga is here!").

gaga gaga...this girl is horror. When we'll get rid of her?;)))

Damian said...

But people love this horror so it means that it has potential :)
I like her, girl has brought creative scandals to pop-music when whole music world seemed to lose this ability :)

=)))Omg ...you're not what I believed you were.My Godness, when I thought I found an interesting person.........What I'm I going to do with you?(I hope you delete these comments)
She has no voice, she is like Lena and Inna:P

Damian said...

Sorry for fail to meet your expectations but life is cruel :)))
I wouldn't compare her with Inna and Lena, and after all today you don't need to have a voice to become popular or to inspire masses (though I think Gaga has very good live vocal).

Anonymous said...

Is it cruel?Moving on...I still hope that people don't ressemble between them so much and someday I will find my ideals :)))...Anyway, you're a hack of an interesting person;)))

Damian said...

Oh, so I still have a chance??? Amazing! :)

Anonymous said...

Delete the comments please. You might have , or might not...in real life people are different from the way you imagine them on chat. What is a chance, who I'm I to offer another chance...who says that my ideas are good?....bla bla bla;)
Anyway I assume that you deserve a beer for sincerity

Damian said...

Are you sure I need to delete? I think we had an interesting conversation here :)
Thank you, beer would be nice treat talking about injustice of modern pop-music :)

Thank you Paul. During February and beginning of March (before I'll leave to Stockholm) I'm gonna collect all the most interesting from news, pics and press-reviews here in the end of day as I know how difficult it is when interested people can't read in Swedish so hope you'll be finding here something interesting everyday :)
