Icona Pop in Nyhetsmorgon
Latest Swedish pop-sensation Icona Pop work on their international breakthrough and you can already find girls in US Dance iTunes chart at #30. Not bad for a newcomer?
Today girls have visited Nyhetsmorgon studio to also make a tv-promo in Sweden and have performed their latest hit "I Love It" and previous singles "Nights Like This" and "Manners" giving loads of energy and isn't it actually wonderful how their voices work together live? I love it!

Icona Pop - Lovers To Friends
The only track of Icona Pop we didn't mention is finally online. Electronic pop-duo has just released 4-tracks EP "Nights Like This" containing song "Lovers To Friends" already noticed by Popjustice and now you can check it in full length.
"Lovers To Friends" is another piece of highly concentrated electro-pop and Karin Dreijer sort of screaming vocal manner unexpectedly switching to a warm melodics of chorus with girls vocals going Pixie Lott a bit. Awesome track!

Icona Pop - Nights Like This
Earlier this year Ten-signed fresh electronic-duo Icona Pop has presented single "Manners" that left us with impression of quite unusual but wonderful mix of Robyn and Björk, probably visual component - music video has played it part creating common image.
New band's single "Nights like this" presents band's eponymous EP containing also "Manners" and two new tracks "Lovers To Friends" and "Sun Goes Down" that you can check below.
In a pack with new video "Night Like This" though not sounding miles away from "Manners" leaves listener with a pretty different impression - heavy acoustic beat and high girly choruses rather brings the band's concept to The Knife's "Heartbeats"-area. Video is pretty awesome and we love the fact we can take a better look at Icona Pop's members now.
